"Why did Zimbabmei bomb the Jeetanics? That is a question the many have, well here is a potential answers. Octavton intelligence has discovered that the Pharo no longer has control of Zimbabmei, and that the country is now ruled by Herwan. Indeed it would seem that Herwan used Zimbabmei's intelligence to bomb itself. Why? To gain sympathy. Herwan has become very unpopular because of it's aggresive land grbbing schemes using suburbs, its occupation of Puerto Christo, and its occupation of Novara. Indeed it seems like Herwan was probably asking to get aid and have economic sanctions lifted against it.

"That Herwan bombed itself using Zimbabmei would explain why Herwan was not unwilling to cooperate with CP during investigations. It took much coercing to get Herwan to agree to both inquiries. As we explained earlier, the evidence points clearly to Zimbabmei, and it's very unlikely that another country framed it. That would require for it to succesfully carry out all the following events: bombing the jeetanics, not get caught in the bombing, plant evidence at the seen, not be caught in the first inquiry, not be caught in the second inquiry, and succesfully going into Zimbabmei to plant evidence. Success for those events is calculated at random and it's super unlikely that any country could have accomplished all of them. Just look at how spies have been caught it the last few weeks, a frame up would require extrem luck. Now, if Herwan was using another country to do the bombing, and no one was aware of the connection, it run zero risk of being caught. Or so it thought.

"So what evidence do we have of this Herwan and Zimbabmei connection. Well, the PCO of Octavton met up with the Pharo at a conference and interviewed the Pharo. The Pharo indicated to the PCO that it had abdicated to Herwan. The Pharo also provided two separate documents stating that Herwan should be consulted on matters regarding Zimbabmei. One of this documents was shared with Marcusburg intelligence. The second was shared with Bangkwok, Rattanjeetland, Marcusburg and Hongolia's intelligence, and with CP.

"Octavton condemns all the spy missions carried out by Herwan to try to cover up it's horrendous act. It has violated teh sovereignity of Octavton, Lebrianon, Wenshana and Rattanjeetland, and all these are separate acts of war. The O.C. opened up the books on it's spy missions, we have nothing to hide. Why didn't Herwan investigate the GX, because it's too scared to try to frame them.

"Furthermore, Octavton questions any government willing to sacrifice it's own people. We thus issue an ultimatum to Herwan, it must order and get Chercago to free Puerto Christo, and return power to it's rightful owner, or Octavton will take punitive actions.

"Effective inmediatelly, the OREO embargoes Herwan, Conton, Zimbabmei and the whole PXE. These are also expelled from the TXE, and trade links with the TXE are suspended."
