Octavton for Great Power

For the first time a Congress will be held in Terra Exortus. But for the host Octavton, this congress means much more. The recently released R index calls Octavton the mapps third most developed nation, and if a motion to make the R index determine great power status is passed, Octavton could become after only 9 months of existence a great power. The congress puts Octavton in the world stage as the R index says it should be. More over, in the congress Octavton’s foreign minister could be elected president of CP. Indeed it is very fitting that this congress is being held in Octavton. Should Octavton be a Great power, consider this, in 9 months Octavton has grown to a population of 1.7 million, with an HDI of 0.88, an approval rating of 81.4%, a military of 400 000 men with a moral of +0.21, its treasure reaches 8 billion, its cashflow 3.4billion, its market is made up of 31 countries, and it is part of the steel glider. It’s four areas extend all over the mapp, and it controls two nations, which it has brought from struggling emerging power that would now surely be failed states, and converted them into successful middle powers. It is also co-director of the powerful economic union, the TXE. Well definitely if any nation deserves the nomination, it is Octavton.
