"The mapp has reached a significant point in its history. For the first time in many years, the mapp community has found it is tired of war and famine, and the residents of our countries are rising up and demanding better leadership, both of their respective countries, and indeed the entire mapp-world.

No one believes in this motto more strongly and deeply than Rattanjeetland, who has spent much of the recent past fighting for the rights of all countries, large and small, and more importantly, the citizens of the world. It is time to give our citizens true leadership in our world's parliament.

If Rattanjeetland is bestowed with the honorable position of the First elected President of Congressional Parliament, Rattanjeetland can guarantee a time of change and moral prosperity for all countries. First, the December plan, which was accepted by the mapp community in the recent Congress, will be fast-tracked towards implementation, giving power BACK to the citizens of the Mapp who surely deserve it while maintaining a delicate balance between the Great Powers and Congressional Parliment. New policies will be devised and implemented with regard to the much abused term "responsible determination", and standards will be set so that war-mongers may not just declare such actions hap-hazardly. A new system of country associations will also be developed to prevent countries that allow no independent control of their mandate nations to be given multiple votes on the Congressional Parliament stage. Indeed, these protectors must also be held accountable to their protectorates to protect them and nurse them and prevent travesties such as civil wars.

It is time to put leadership back into Congressional Parliament. It is time for change. It is time for Rattanjeetland!"
