This clause serves to hinder all recognition of the fundamental right that all nations have to alliances, and association with one another. That said, this was NOT the intended purpose of this clause. As such, it should be rewritten so that Great powers CAN associate with one another in alliances (ie: defensive, economic, etc.) but should not be allowed to sign alliances with regard to 'aggressive' terms (ie: no great power can be written by an alliance to join another great power in an agressive stance).

2. NPT Treaty

I feel that all countries with such weapons should be allowed to have them, BUT must release their identities and properties to CP. CP will then keep these numbers SECRET, and NO NATION can access this information. But there should be a limit on the number and abilities of such weapons that will be allowed on the mapp.

3. Special Weaponry

This would fall under the same category as the NPT treaty modification that I have discussed.

4. GP Forum

This term is not acceptable. Congresses do take too long to happen and a security council type of apparatus is necessary.

5. El-Hussaq reunification

This term is acceptable in its current form.

6. Non-recognition of Riksholm and 2K2
