The purpose of said document is to formally cease hostilities between the Phoenix Confederacy and the United Commonwealth of Lindsholm & the Phalanx Treaty Organization. In said document, the member-states of the Phoenix Confederacy shall be referred to as the Confederacy, although terms apply to the Confederacy as a whole and the specific nations within the Confederacy - notably the Empire of Rattanjeetland, the Republican Empire of Samchorage, the Republic of Kamograd, and the Republic of El-Hussaq. Terms applying to the United Commonwealth of Lindsholm & the Phalanx Treaty Organization shall apply to the new Platinum Nexus.
Article I: Responsibility
All member-states of the Confederacy formally apologize for the attack on the United Commonwealth of Lindsholm while a member-state(s) of the Confederacy takes full responsibility for the unauthorized act of aggression.
Article II: Lateral Exemption
(a) If one Confederate member-state acts unilaterally, then they will be dealt with unilaterally.
(b) If more than one Confederate member-state, less than all, acts multilaterally, then they will be dealt with as such.
(c) If all Confederate member-states act multilaterally, then they will be dealt with as the Confederacy.
(d) If (IIa) or (IIb) come to pass, the remaining Confederate member-states must pledge neutrality.

Article X: The Confederate Army
(a) Future lands accessed in the ensuing Land Rush shall be divided between the Platinum Nexus and the Confederacy. The Platinum Nexus receives all land north of the river, to a maximum of 2.25 fs of 4 fs, while the Confederacy receives all land south of the river, to a maximum of 1.75 fs of 4fs. Both parties are guaranteed access to the river and riverfront territory.
(b) In the matter of Gabishire Territory, the land arrangement previously agreed upon by the Great Republic of the Marcusburg Empire and the Empire of Rattanjeetland shall be changed so that:
(i) Land belonging to the Great Republic of the Marcusburg Empire shall be moved from the leftmost boundary of Gabishire territory to the rightmost boundary of Gabishire territory.
(ii) The Empire of Rattanjeetland retains control of Gabishire Territory.
(a) The Confederacy pays A730,000K immediately to the Platinum Nexus as war reparations.
(b) The Confederacy constructs the Steel Glider Transportation System immediately so as to connect all member-states of the Platinum Nexus for free of charge.
The following terms apply to the member-states of the Confederacy:
(a) In an offensive scenario, by which the Confederacy or member-state commits an act of aggression, defined to be anything not covered within the definition of "defensive":
(i) The member-state is limited to a maximum number of troops that is equal to 10% of its total population.
(ii) The member-state is limited to a maximum number of conscripts that is equal to 30% of its total population.
(b) In a defensive scenario, by which the Confederacy or member-state does not commit an act of aggression, defined to be a scenario in which the Confederacy or member-state receives a declaration of war:
(i) The member-state is limited to a maximum number of troops that is equal to 10% of its total population.
(ii) The member-state is limited to a maximum number of conscripts that is equal to 80% of its total population.
(c) The militaries of each member-state are independent of the executive and legislative branches.
(a) All member-states of the Confederacy, in order to implement a piece of legislation directly pertaining to national security, must receive the approval of their parliaments by means of a free and equal vote.
(b) For matters of strict national security, the head of state of each Confederate member-state has the right to veto any measure unless if 85% or more parliamentary deputies oppose the motion.
(c) All member-states of the Confederacy cannot dissolve the parliament and must have a democratic form of government.
(d) The only parties permitted to run for office in Confederate member-states are the following:
(i) The Liberal Party (a middle party, rendering no penalty to war-related motions)
(ii) The Labour Party (a middle-left party, rendering a -0.1 penalty to war-related motions)
(iii) The Socialist Party (a left-wing party, rendering a -0.2 penalty to war-related motions)
(iv) The Green Party (a left-wing party, rendering a -0.3 penalty to war-related motions)
(v) The Pacifist Party (an intense left-wing party, rendering a -0.4 penalty to war-related motions)
(vi) The Neocommunist Party (an extreme left-wing party, rendering a -0.5 penalty to war-related motions)
(e) The Confederacy adopts a pacifist constitution.
(f) The Platinum Nexus has passive observers in the parliament of each Confederate member-state and the main Confederate parliament.
The Empire of Rattanjeetland and the Empire Republic of Bendover lose their Great Power status.
All parties involved in hostilities shall be exempt and immune from prosecution by Congressional Parliament for matters directly pertaining to the war.
Said document is ratified upon committing a signature.
(a) Said army is limited to a maximum number of troops and conscripts that is equal to 40% of the population of the trailing Confederate nation, defined as the Confederate member-state with the least number of military personnel.
(b) Troops employed in the Confederate army must be from existing national armies of Confederate member-states.
(c) Troops employed under situation (b) shall be counted twice, as a member of a Confederate member-state national army and as a member of the Confederate army.
