Still in shock over the decimation of his base in the Colony of New Hope during the Great War, the Prime Minister of Samchorage unveiled a shift in the direction of his foreign policy, now designed to deter foreign invasion. Officials call it a No First Strike policy in which any move perceived to be aggressive against Samchorage will be met with a stern warning calling for conditions to be met so that the potential threat will have been neutralized. Ample time will be given for compliance. If the threat still looms, Samchorage will then do everything in its power to guarantee its national security.
