At 10:36 PM on July 7, 2000 and 6:37 PM on July 8, 2000, the face of the Mapp changed once more, only this time for the worse. Within two telegrams between the heads of state of Samchorage and Rattanjeetland contained comments incredibly insulting and utterly distasteful to the people and government of Samchorage. The President, as required by the new civil liberties granted through political and social reforms, released the telegrams to the Samchorage public. The latter reacted furiously and immediately demanded war. Elections in the newly formed Samokritzg reflected this sentiment; the extreme right-wing Hawk Party won 73.4% of the votes while the Center Party and Conservative Party garnered 33.9% and 4.4% respectively. The Samokritzg has heartily approved all motions geared towards war. In accordance with the No First Strike Policy, Samchorage has given Rattanjeetland a time frame of 72 hours, that is, until 8:08 PM on July 11, 2000, to respond to demands of territorial compensation and renounciation of the insulting comments. Marcusburg has pledged neutrality should a conflict arise lest a third party becomes involved.
