"We heartily thank El Cid II for his generosity to our nation. We would also like to take this opportunity to voice our support for El Cid II's proposal to reunite the two El-Hussaqs. It has been a many years since the two El-Hussaqs were a whole... and El-Hussaq Republic has been proven to be a peace loving country. In the spirit of Bendover's independence, and at the time that Buenos Altos is requesting independence, we should give the El-Hussaqi people who have been separated from their family and friends the same privilege and right. We hope that the other powers will follow suit and voice their support for independent and united El-Hussaq.
