New Natharctican Head of State Appointed

Effectively reversing the Natharctican abdication, the Ethnarch of Rattanjeetland, who has sweeping powers in all his protectorates, including Natharctica, installed a new head of state in that nation. The move fills a power vacuum created when the former Natharctican head of state stepped down due to political pressure from the Secretary-General for Natharctica to vote in the Congress of Pauldelphia.

Sir Rapoleon, an obscure political journalist, now takes the reins of power in Natharctica. The head of state has yet to be recognized by any foreign nation and Congressional Parliament. As of yet, other parties surrounding the abdication have not made comment, including the abdicated Natharctican head of state and the Queen of Siggary. Meanwhile, late night talk shows in Marcusburg are having a field day with the formal title of "Sir Rapoleon".
