ICPN Disbanded
Pyrrhic Grudges Formally Laid to Rest

As of 11:59 AM on November 1, 2000, the International Council of Pacifist Nations (ICPN) ceased to exist. With one telegram, the Ethnarch dissolved the organization showing that the ICPN was dominated by Rattanjeetland and the other member, Josephville, was merely a mock member. The purpose of the ICPN was "to destroy any nation which has come on a Satanic Path of moral, ethical, and physical destruction".

Such an aggressive position has made many call the organization an international oxymoron and nothing more than a front for a renewed Pyrrhic War against Samchorage by Rattanjeetland. Indeed, the ICPN put Samchorage first on its blacklist, followed by Portalto, the Former Kamopolis, and Wilhelmplatz.

The ICPN has had a troubled history as the Secretary General of Congressional Parliament formally disowned the ICPN, stating that the aims of the ICPN were incompatible with those of CP. Other powers such as Marcusburg and Lindsholm have been cool towards the ICPN while Samchorage greeted the organization with hostility. Portalto dismissed the ICPN as a joke.

Whatever past opinions may have been, the ICPN has now a remnant in history as stated by the Ethnarch's telegram: "As a gesture to the eternal peace and prosperity to all members of the Mapp, I have taken the wild step [of] officially disbanding the ICPN (International council of Pacifist Nations). Seen by many as a hate organisation designed to promote attacks on violent nations, the ICPN was not successful and as such ceases to exist as of 11:59AM [on] November 1, 2000".

The ICPN was one of many frictionous issues between Samchorage and Rattanjeetland before the historic peace agreement signed in October. Now that peace has been made, the ICPN has been made redundant.
