BUENOS ALTOS - After a month of negotiations, the GX has agreed to terminate its mandateship over Buenos Altos.

The leader of the 'Orchestra Movement', the Grand Maestro, now takes the reins of power from the GX administration in the Docquestag. To allay fears of a repeat of the calamity that formed the bulk of the infamous War of 2K2, Buenos Altos proposed a Riksholm-like military limitation treaty that would effectively bind the hands of the country's military. In addition, the Grand Maestro requested the GX's military presence after termination of the mandateship in the form of a 15,000-strong stabilization force known as A-FOR.

The GX accepted the proposals, but also implemented a Lindsholmic request to impose a time-limit on the Riksholm-like limitations and the use of A-FOR. After every six months, clauses pertaining to those two issues are to be re-evaluated by Buenos Altos, Gorditas, Lindsholm, and Marcusburg.
