As the clumsy Riksholm Treaty is slowly implemented, a breath of fresh air greeted the Confederate peoples as some went to the polls for the first time. Many will have direct democracy as there is still no seat of power in their countries.

By all accounts, elections were fair and not rigged. In Samchorage, a Liberal government was elected. In Rattanjeetland, the Socialists were swept into power while the Green Party presides in El-Hussaq. Natharctica elected a Socialist government while Josephville went to Labour and Wendorra la Vella turned pacifist. Miketon is controlled by a Neocommunist Board of Directors.
