NOE - From the Gotterdammerung to the Kamo-Rattanjeetland War, this nation has endured the pain and hardship of many Great Powers - but within the time span of one month! What started as a simple tactic of greed by the High Priestess of Steldorado provoked an invasion by Kamopolis which would result in its destruction. Steldorado succumbed to Congressional Parliament and now stands as a Samchoragean Mandate.

When Rattanjeetland acquired control of Noe, it relinquished adminsitration to Marcusburg in order to pacify the Prime Chancellor, who initially objected to the Rattanjeetarr invasion of Kamopolis. Uncertain over what to do with Noe, the Marcusburg Foreign Office gave it de facto independence while in Marcusburg control. With the advent of the Congress of Portalto, the Prime Chancellor made the de facto independence official. In addition, the World Bank generously injected the Noer treasury with a quarter billion altos.

Ecstatic over recent developments, the ruler of Noe intends to turn her city into a replica of the city of Prague. From demanding with frustration in the Hall of Affiliates in Congressional Parliament "Why is this happening to my people?" a few weeks ago to regaining full independence, Noe apparently has more than nine lives. Indeed, Noe is on the road to peace and prosperity. However, unconfirmed rumors swirl around renewed Steldoradan ambitions towards the nation in recovery.
