Josephville Speaks Out
Former Great Power Tries to Find Its Place in New World

On June 21, 2001, the Proconsul of Josephville made an appeal to the international community for support in his attempt to remove himself as the Confederate Minister of Copulation. In his sketchy message, it appeared that previous requests within the Confederate apparatus had been largely ignored. Frustrated by inaction, the Proconsul decided to speak out.

Rumors pertaining to the Josephville terrorist organization, "The People", show that its leader has directed its anger away from Marcusburg, Lindsholm, and the Platinum Nexus and onto the Phoenix Confederacy, notably Rattanjeetland. When asked about such rumors, a spokesperson for the Guevedoco, Josephville parliament, asserted that, "These rumors are preposterous. 'The People' do not even exist!".
