Kamograd Issues Ultimatum
Displeasure over Wendorran Invasion Translated into Action

While the Wendorran invasion of Nemangrade may have sparked a Confederate renaissance for the majority of the Phoenix Confederacy, the event provoked anger and outrage in Kamograd, which has the responsibility of protecting Nemangrade. As a result, the President of Kamograd issued an ultimatum to the Queen of Wendorra la Vella at 7:58 AM on July 7, 2001:

"I'm giving 48 hours for Wendorra la Vella to pull out of Nemangrade. Or else I shall choke the oceans with the blood of innocents."

Wendorra la Vella has until the morning of July 9, 2001 to respond to the ultimatum.
