Jamilistan to be Unified |
Portalto, July 19, (Portaltan Press)- It seems that Rattenjeetland's troubles just keep on getting bigger. Earlier today, the Dockmaster of Portalto announced his intention to unify southern Jamilstan with Rattenjeetarr controlled nothern Jamilstan. The announcement comes after a series of demonstrations outside the Winter Palace demanding the unification of Jamilstan, among other things. Although the decision to unify Jamilstan has been reached since last month, Portalto has been waiting to take action with Samchorage. However, without notifying Portalto, Samchorage declared war on Rattenjeetland thus starting the Pyrrhic War, and temporarily dashing Portalto's hopes. When the President of Samchorage revealed to the Dockmaster of Portalto, in a secret communiqué, his intention to continue attacks against Rattenjeetland, the Dockmaster saw another opportunity to unify Jamilstan and thus decided to declare war against Rattenjeetland. This announcement leads many to speculate that a secret agreement between Portalto and Samchorage to partition Rattenjeetarr territory, although this rumour has not yet been confirmed.
