Article I: Compliance
ANY non-compliance by ANY signatory of this treaty will be considered a Declaration of War, and can be acted upon as such.

Article II: Territorial Arrangements
(a) The nations of Buenos Altos, Meijing and Vaticon City, the land shall be restored to historical records, the arrangement in place before December 29th 2001. Complete control of the nation of Meijing will be returned to the Pharaoh.
(b) The captured Missile Battery Minefield captured by Gorditas in Kamograd Terra Nova shall be destroyed and the land returned to Rattanjeetland. (c) Complete restoration of lands, other than those marked above.

Article III: Buenos Altos Arrangement
a) Buenos Altos affairs shall be operated by the GX as a Congressional Parliament Mandate until the next Congress at which point, members of the Mapp can democratically determine more permanent arrangements over the control of Buenos Altos. In this vote, the nations of Gorditas, Lindsholm and Rattanjeetland lose their ability to veto, in questions directly pertaining to restoration of control of Buenos Altos, agreed upon by Gorditas, Lindsholm and Rattanjeetland.
b) The Buenos Altos Military is operated and organized under the policy of "defensive purpose only" for six (6) months from the date at which this treaty is ratified.

Article IV: Reparations
(a) Buenos Altos' entire treasury is restored to A756,054K. This is the amount prior to the time of its near complete annexation.
(b) Rattanjeetland pays the sum equal to its treasury on January 27, 2002 (12:00PM Mountain Time) immediately to Gorditas/Lindsholm.
(c) Buenos Altos immediately awards 400 000K, to Meijing after Buenos Altos’ treasury is restored from Article IV-Clause (a).
(d) Meijing immediately awards 200 000K to Vaticon City.
(e) All reparations must be paid upon ratification of the treaty.

Article V: Military Limitations
The following terms apply to Rattanjeetland for a period lasting no longer than 6 months:
(a) In an offensive scenario, by which the Rattanjeetland commits an act of aggression, defined to be anything not covered within the definition of "defensive" by Congressional Parliament:
(i) Rattanjeetland is limited to a maximum number of troops that is equal to 5% of its total population.
(c) In a defensive scenario, by which the Rattanjeetland does not commit an act of aggression, defined to be a scenario in which Rattanjeetland is deemed “defensive” by Congressional Parliament:
(i) Rattanjeetland is limited to a maximum number of troops that is equal to 10% of its total population.
(ii) Rattanjeetland is limited to a maximum number of conscripts that is equal to 100% of its total population.
(d) Upon completion of the 6-month period, Rattanjeetland shall be allowed to revert back to the restrictions offered by the Riksholm Treaty.
(e) Rattanjeetland must disclose information on all classified structures known to Rattanjeetland to Gorditas and Lindsholm, but does not have to reveal their location(s).

Article VI: Political Reforms
The following terms apply to Rattanjeetland for a period lasting no longer than eight months:
(a) Rattanjeetland, in order to implement any action that does not directly pertain to homeland defense, must receive the approval of the Adiposia by means of a free and equal vote.
(b) For matters of strict national security, The Leader of Rattanjeetland has the right to veto any measure unless if 70% or more parliamentary deputies oppose the motion.
(c) All Rattanjeetarr Protectorates are declared independent, and Rattanjeetland is forbidden from having any protectorates, of any way or shape.

Article VII: “Faint Hope” Clause
(a) At any time, the GX, consisting of Gorditas, Lindsholm and Marcusburg, can vote upon the termination clauses in this treaty related to Rattanjeetland. This vote must be unanimous.
(b) If this clause is enacted, Rattanjeetland will be reverted back to limitations imposed by the Riksholm treaty.

Article VIII: Ratification
Said document is ratified upon committing a signature.
