The current financial situation may surprise some observers. However, such dire measures are necessary to ensure that this country is prospering both economically and socially. Therefore, we are making some changes to our fiscal and foreign policies to ensure our viability in today's competitive markets:
a) Any country who [wishes] to establish free trade relations with New Weimar may do so by directly contacting the [Administrator]. They must build at least 1 embassy in New Weimar territories (at their expense) and omit all tarriffs on New Weimar exports for at least 2 years. In exchange, New Weimar will allow the building of up to 3 multinationals (at their expense) and will omit tarriffs on their exports for 16 months.
b) New Weimar now endorses [a] free immigration policy. Citizens of any nationality (with no criminal record) may apply for permanent resident status and be granted free citizens provided they are either a professional (lawyers, businessmen or health care professionals) or are willing to donate 80,000 altos to the New Weimar treasury.
c) New Weimar is a neutral country and [as] such grants its citizens in other countries protection under Weimaran law, unless the individual is engaged in military or non-peaceful activities, in which case the citizen may expect removal of citizenship status and the [confiscation] of properties.
d) New Weimar now has an official health care system that [oversees] the practice and licensure of health care professionals. Pharmacists may open practice after successfully passing PLE I & II examinations (cost about 17,000 altos each). Occupational physiotherapists may open practice after successfully passing [the] OPLE examination (cost about 20,000 altos). [An] MD may open practice after successfully passing HLE I & II examinations (cost about 21,000 altos each). Nurses can begin [internship] or duties after successfully passing RNLE I & II examinations (cost about 8,400 altos total). Alternative and other health care professionals may contact the Minister of Health for more information.
e) New Weimar is officially seeking free trade relations with all nations regardless of trade embargos imposed by any other nations. New Weimar, due to its neutrality, is not under any obligation to other countries to impose any aforesaid embargos. Should problems arise, or should you have any concerns, please contact the Queen's Ministry.
f) There is a 2% GST on all products sold in New Weimar. This money will go towards alleviating the poor and homeless in providing shelter and food.
Should any one wish to contact any New Weimar government agency and public official, please contact the New Weimar switchboard.
