Zimbabmei Press Release
"The second inquiry is not significant. This second inquiry came after Octavton spies were found sneaking around in the Zimbabmei government. Currently, we are doing investigations as to why exactly Octavton was found sneaking around in Zimbabmei. The preliminary suspicion is that Octavton actually planted the fraudulant documents within the zimbabmei government to frame zimababmei. It just seems too much of a coincidence that Octavton was found spying immediately prior to the results of the second inquiry coming out. Furthermore, Octavton has been a country that has had great dis-satisfaction with zimbabmei from the early times, and this can be a revenge by Octavton. However, this is only a preliminary suspicion, as any country could have made it's way undetected into the Zimbabmei government. However, I stress that this second inquiry can not be deemed significant."

Sincerely,
Zimbabmei.
