Make sure you gain enough speed to make the jump. Pull upwards as you ride off the lift. Raise feet of pedals and start to kick legs backwards.
The goal is to get your legs and arms fully extended. So, only when you reach your peak, shoot arms and legs out(as shown).
When you began coming down, pull the bike under you again and place feet on pedals, and HOPEFULLY YOU LAND SOFTLY!
