"My chariot wheels trample the fallen
Cut to pieces before my steeds
And laying in their own blood
I crush the skulls of the dying And sever the hands of the slain
I Ramses, builder of temples
Usurper of monuments, slayer of Hittites
Bringer of war

Nile - "Ramses Bringer of War"

The Dark Messiah: Without leaders, where would you be? The leader's spirit radiates into you, supplying you with their energy, with their very will to survive. It is truly a great spot to achieve, warming people's hearts like this, but, whether you wish to believe it or not, many people tend to abuse this place they've earned. Either it goes to their head, or they just don't get it that people idolize them. They love them, they need them, they WORSHIP them. LEADERS ARE YOUR FUCKING LIFE! Without leaders we would be no better than neanderthals, all of us. What about leaders, then?

*Aah, Rune, now THERE'S a man of true distinction. Oh, please, do take care to note the sarcasm. Damn, did Azazel hand your ass to you or what? Seriously, I don't know why you clutched to the Fellowship like you did, when you didn't even give two shits about us. It's pretty clear to anyone who watched your futile struggle that you didn't even care enough to put up a good fight. What's the matter? Did you forget who your true allies were? Did you lose track of your own deeds? Or was the stress of being a leader TOO MUCH? You couldn't handle the needs of the Fellowship, so you just gave up. You took the coward's way out, just like the "real man" you claim to be. Now, Azazel is in charge, a man who stood up to adversity...a man who gives a damn. In other words, a TRUE leader...someone in it soul, mind, AND body. He's not someone to cop-out when the going gets rough. You could learn a lot from him...if you only cared to listen.*

The Dark Messiah: Leaders aren't lead by anybody. They don't have a soul telling them what to do. Sure, they may receive advice from a skilled advisor, but it's not the same as being led...you see, the leader is free to make their own decisions that affect ALL they lead. They get to create the world we live in. It's a rather huge responsibility, something few actually desire to take up...but those that do...well, it's an eye-opening experience. You see things. Some things you like, most you don't. Depending on the strength of your mind, this does things ot you. For instance, look at my opponent this week, Rune Robertson. He couldn't handle the stresses of leading, so he just forgot about his investment in the Fellowship. Eventually, things got sour, and he got his ass kicked in a major way. The moral of the story I guess, is not to take charge of things you weren't meant to handle.

*But you never cared. From the moment you slapped the Fellowship together, full of false hopes and dreams, you always knew you were never leader material. As you stepped inside the gauntlet at the Pay-Per-View, you remembered the feeling, the same feeling you had when you started the Fellowship back up...the feeling of biting off more than you can chew. Well Rune, get used to the feeling, because when you stepo into the ring on Sunday, you're going to get that feeling again...in a way you've never felt before. Get used to it, because on Sunday, I'M GONNA MAKE YOU SWALLOW IT. Heed my words, Rune, for they may be the last you'll hear.*
