Chevrolet El Camino
Chevrolet El Camino
El Camino is a hybrid between a car and a truck. The first car/truck vehicle was made by Ford in 1957 named Ranchero. Then in 1959 the first El Camino was made by Chevy. Then in 1960 El Camino production was stopped until 1964, which was probably because of upgrades to the model. Thew new model had V8 and had around 320 horsepower. The last year the El Camino was made was in 1987. The closest thing you'll ever get to getting a new El Camino is Chevrolet's SSR.

Is this Chevrolet's El Camino revived? This is a 2002 SSR, which is probably what an El Camino would of looked like if they kept them in production.
There's been claims that this was Chevrolet's concept for the "2002 El Camino". This is actually a small version of Ford's F-150 called Lighting.
