Capo's Recipe of the Week

Billllloooiiiiittteeesssss

The page that we hope will show off the exquisite culinary skills that are possessed by the painter extraordinaire, Capo.

Hello and welcome to all my dedicated and fellow foodies out there. Each week I will be bringing you a special recipe that has been handed down through generations of the Massives. With the hard work I perform each day on the painting front, I need something quick, easy and delicious that won't have me in the kitchen all night and I can enjoy with my lovely wife Mae.

Bon-appetit!!!

For my first recipe I will share with you one of my all-time favourite recipes that I just love to whip up in a jiffy in my favourite room in the house, the kitchen - a cup of tea.

Ingredients

Directions

First thing I like to do is gather all the ingredients and equipment I will be using. So first things first, off you go to collect everything.
And here is a little Capo secret I will reveal to you. I like to boil my water in an electric jug as the tap water is just never hot enough. So to start we fill our kettle with water and turn it on. While we wait for the water to boil we can place the tea bag (the tea bag is possibly the best invention ever after the kettle!) in to the cup, ensuring that the string and tag are hanging on the outside of the cup. This is very important as you can cause yourself some nasty burns if you try and fish the string out of hot water with your fingers.
Once the water has boiled, pour it into your cup, making sure you don't spill any on the bench or on yourself! I like to let the tea bag sit in the hot water for 3 or 4 minutes to ensure maximum flavour. Now just add your milk and sugar as required, and there you have it, Capo's special cup of tea!
This is delicious by itself or you can even try this with a piece of toast, or as a special treat, a biscuit.

Enjoy!!
