Munchkin Munchies Recipes

Cheesy Corn Cobs
- 8 ears of corn, husk on
- 1/2 stick butter
- 6 oz feta, crumbled
- Child - husk and clean the silk from the cobs, leaving a single layer of husk to prevent burning
- Adult - heat grill and cook corn for 12 minutes, turning regularly - some kernels will brown. Remove and peel back husks. Let cool slightly.
- Child - rub each ear with the butter and then sprinkle the cheese over the cobs evenly. Use a spoon to smush the cheese into the kernel spaces.

Golden Chips
- Sweet potato, yellow yams, pumpkin, squash
- Olive oil
- Parmesan cheese
- Adult - slice the vegetables thinly on the diagonal.
- Child - toss them in a little olive oil and then arrange in a single layer on a baking tray.
- Adult - roast for 10-15 minutes until golden at 400 degrees.
- Child - toss with grated or shredded Parmesan cheese.

Ice-Cream Sandwiches
- 8 sheets of honey graham crackers, broken into halves
- 1 & 1/2 cups of ice cream
- Mini marshmallows
- Child - spread the ice cream over all the crackers. Layer some marshmallows on half the crackers and then press together one marshmallow half with one plain ice cream half to form a sandwich. Repeat with the remaining crackers. Eat immediately or wrap in greaseproof baking paper and freeze.

Sweet Fall Fries
- Carrots, sweet potato, potato, pumpkin
- Olive oil
- Cinnamon
- Sugar
- Adult - slice the vegetables into finger sized strips.
- Child - toss them in a little olive oil and then arrange in a single layer on a baking tray. Sprinkle the cinnamon and sugar lightly over the top.
- Adult - roast for 10-15 minutes until golden at 400 degrees.

Yoghurt Jelly
- 2 tbsp 100% fruit jelly or seedless jam
- 1 cup yoghurt
- Kid: pour the yoghurt into a bowl. Dump the jelly into the center and then use the spoon to swirl it through the yoghurt.

Yummy Yoghurt Granola
- 1 cup + 1 tbsp granola
- 1 cup fresh chopped fruit
- 1 1/2 cup yoghurt
- Kid: layer half the granola, fruit, and yoghurt in a parfait glass, and then repeat. Top with the tablespoon of granola.
