REFERENCES:inia is the son of Bartholomew Thatcher. No other Thatcher's who would fit as his father have been found from the Bucks Co, Pennsylvania Thatcher family and he certainly has to be from that line because of the names of his children (i.e. Bartholomew, Richard, Lidia etc. etc. I have found no other Bartholomew's except as descendants of the Bucks Co, Pennsylvania Thatcher family).d 02 May 1815 is listed as age 78/5/? on his death record which will make his (Stephen's) birth date as Dec 1736. There was apparently one child older than Stephen (Ann) so the marriage of Richard would have been about 1733 (Ann born 1734 and Stephen born 1736). If Richard was the usual age at marriage (about 20-25) then he would have been born about 1708.
