After her marriage or death the estate to be sold at public auction and proceed divided as follows: Son - Mahlon to receive $ 400.00; Daughter - Mary Ann to receive $ 200.00. Rest to be divided among my children - John, Margaret (wife of Joseph Sargent), Garner, Mahlon and Mary Ann (not married). Margaret's share not to be paid to her but the sum put to interest and the interest paid to her. Executors of will = John Thatcher and Mahlon Thatcher.
