Real estate sold at auction by Daniel Opdyke to pay debts. Widow Lorany Thatcher made application for her dower rights left by her father. mentions daughter Charlotte Thatcher (wife of John Thatcher). Mentions Sarah, wife of Charles McPeck, who filed petition regarding her mothers dower rights.
