You don't look up if theres nothing to see, and who wants to see another tree? A piece of advise, Fagin, never climb a tree in the winter time, there have to be leaves on the tree. It'll be months before I have to come down! I'm not coming down!" Fagin:"Oh, I think you might be, my dear." (Edward falls out of tree). Mr.Brownlow:"Or that…sad young man over there." Monks:"I am not sad." Oliver:"How did my father die?" Mr.Brownlow:"Edward..." Monks:"I Can't. I can tell you that I'm sorry, but I can't tell you why or what for, I can't." Mr.Brownlow:"You should." Monks:"No, I shouldn't." Mr.Brownlow:"I really think you might want to." Monks:"I really think I don't." Rose:"But it wasen't you mother that was in my sisters room with I knife in her hand." Monks:"But did you not notice...I couldn't do it. I am not...my mother!" (goes into a violent seizure) Mr.Brownlow:"This is your boogie man, Rose." Rose:"But no longer." "I didn't care about the money, I only cared that my father didn't care about me." -Monks --------------------------- This is quite the list of quotes. I purposefully left a lot of them out (obsessed much?) so that you would have the pleasure of surprise if you haven't already seen this special and will some time in the future. This idea of spoiling alot of the good moments for you was a difficult one, actually, for the best quotes were naturally from the best parts. So I hope I have found an even balance. If you have seen the special and don't think I should have spoiled a specific quote, quite happily tell me and I will take it off, since I was not of one mind for many of these. ---------------------------
