UPDATE:
The pitch was up a half step from the analogue cassette in the first conversion of this show, so
I fixed the problem in Cool Edit Pro.  I also upped the amplitude on the left channel for one
minute during Christmas Song to fix a volume level adjustment.  I normalized to 100% when I was
done with these changes.
