Yes the venue is correct and date is believed to be correct.  This show
does not exist in the setlist archives, but evidence for correct date, etc:
1.  Dave mentions they are in the Georgia Theatre in Athens, GA
2.  Dave mentions that their second big CD (UTAD) just came out recently
3.  They played Get In Line, which was only played from Oct. to Dec. '94
