Notes:

*	There is a thud during crowd noise after Jimi Thing
	sounded like a PA problem or something hitting stand.
*	There was a cut between Too Much and into Billies.  The
	cut was ~37 seconds.  A second DAT from a different source
	(although they sound sonically the same) was used to
	splice in this missing audio.  It is seamlessly done.
*	A portion of the encore break was cut, so a fade out/in
	was inserted.
