This was a long show.  I paused the deck during the encore break to save tape, and I faded this in/out
on the conversion.  Due to a longer encore than I expected, I also needed a tape flip just before d3t07.
This has been repaired with a brief audio splice from an [AKG 481 > MP-2 > ADC-20] source.
