Notes:
----------
*	Scott was getting things set during the intro and Nancies,
	so there are some audible bumps and such.  No biggie.
*	There are some adjustments at 2:47 in Nancies and then
	there are more adjustments through Nancies and #41.
*	This show was mastered on two x 60m tapes.  Right after
	Recently finishes up, Scott did the DAT flip and some of
	the beginning of LIOG was missing.  Luckily, I had a
`	separate analog source of this already converted and I was
	able to splice in the missing audio.  Hence, there is ~13
	seconds of crowd noise spliced onto the end of Recently
	and ~12 seconds of audio spliced onto the beginning of
	LIOG.  You WILL hear the analog portion, but I did the
	splice VERY seamlessly.
*	At 1:36 into Monkey, there is an adjustment to the rig.
*	There are some adjustments to the taping rig during the
	encore break.
