It was a warm and peaceful Agrabah day. The sun was brightly shining and
there were no clouds in the sky. The birds were chirping there melodies and
the flowers in their gardens were opened and releasing a wonderful aromas in
the air.

Aladdin was at the palace with Jasmine and Genie and the guys were all away
in the Valley of Thundra, on vacation, except for Carpet. Iago was the one to
talk them into going there, any reason to see Thundra was good enough for
him. Aladdin stayed because he thought it would be a nice chance to be alone
with Jasmine and not having any comments from the guys.

Jasmine and Aladdin were out in the royal garden relaxing by the fountain,
and the Sultan was working in the throne room. He finished looking over a few
more scrolls and then walked out into the garden to tell Jasmine something,
right as Aladdin was leaning in to kiss her.

"Jasmine?.......Oh, pardon me, um, Jasmine I just wanted to remind you that
King Rishad, and his daughter, Princess Sistine are coming in a short while
to discuss trade matters. I want you to be on your best behavior Jasmine, I
know you don't like when they come but, please keep the Princess entertained
while I set up a trade post with their kingdom."

"I know Father, I'll try my best."

"Good, I hope so." And with that, the Sultan walked out of the garden and to
his chambers to prepare himself for the King and the Princess's arrival.

"What was that all about Jasmine? Why don't you like it when other royalties
come?"asked Aladdin openly since they were once again alone.

"Oh, I just hate it when other Princesses come. They're always so spoiled and
act like they are the only ones in the world, and they always have to get
their way too. Normally when they come, they are about 7 or 8. There is just
no pleasing them! They come with their Fathers to learn about trades and the
systems so they are prepared for when they rule. I had to do it, and now it
is my job to handle the little whiners while my Father sets up posts."

"Yikes, sounds like they can be a handful."

"Yes, they always are. But....sometimes, which I'm hoping, an older one comes
instead. But that is very rare and only happens once in a while. at least
then I can have a meaningful conversation with them. Please stay Aladdin! I
don't want to have to be here and have to listen to them whine and fuss all
afternoon by myself."

"How can I do anything else?" Aladdin then pulled Jasmine towards him and
kissed her. The morning quickly passed and everyone was getting ready for
them to come. Aladdin was in his 'Prince Ali' suit and Jasmine was in her
purple outfit. They heard the trumpets sound for the arriving King and
Princess. The doors opened and they stepped in.

"Sultan of Agrabah! It's so nice to see you again!" Sultan Rishad quickly
said as he rushed over to the Sultan.

"As you, Sultan Rishad. It has been a long time since we last met."

"Oh, this is my daughter, Princess Sistine. She came with me to observe the
way to handle setting up a trade post and matters like that." Rishad
commented.

Princess Sistine was about Jasmine's age and that made Jasmine happy,

~at least she's not 8.~ Jasmine thought.

Princess Sistine was in a light pink dress with a sleeveless top and baggy
pants. She had a small gold crown on and a few silver bracelets on as well.
She had black hair but it was pulled up, so there was no way of telling how
long it was. She was very beautiful.

"Oh, my yes has she grown!" The Sultan said as he greeted the Princess. He
then gestured over to Jasmine "This is my daughter, Princess Jasmine."

"Pleased to meet you Jasmine. Well, then Sultan, I think we better get down
to business of the matter at hand."

"Yes yes, I suppose we better. Jasmine, we'll be in my study if you need us.
Please keep the Princess entertained and show her around Agrabah."

Jasmine nodded and the Sultans left the throne room. Sistine advanced over to
where Aladdin and Jasmine were and grinned.

"Princess Jasmine, it is a pleasure to meet you." She said shaking Jasmine's
hand. "....and who is this?" with a sly smile on her face she asked looking
at Aladdin.

"This is Aladdin, Princess Sistine."

Aladdin shook Sistine's hand, and quickly withdrew. He felt something
unpleasant flowed swiftly through him. He shook his head and looked back up
at Sistine who was only smiling at him.

"Just Sistine will be fine.  'Aladdin'  Do you mean to say he is not of royal
blood? "

"Um..no, he is not. He is....a....um..." Jasmine stuttered

"Jasmine, just go ahead and say it, I'm a street rat. I have no problem
admitting it."  Aladdin announced proudly

Sistine looked puzzled "A street rat? No offense Aladdin, but I thought that
only a..."

"Agrabah has a different law than most kingdoms Sistine. I can marry whoever
I chose." Jasmine declared

"I wish my Kingdom was like that. I'm being forced to marry a prince. I chose
which one of course, but they are all so snooty."

Jasmine reassured Sistine "Been there, I know exactly what you are going
through Sistine. Why don't we head out into the garden." Jasmine paused,
"Don't worry Sistine, the right one will come along for you."

As Jasmine said that she led them out into the garden with Aladdin and
Sistine behind her. Sistine gazed at Aladdin thinking to herself about what
Jasmine had just said and thought, "...I've found him."

As all three of them walked out into the garden, Aladdin noticed the extra
attention that he was getting from Sistine and it bothered him a little. She
walked close to him, but didn't want Jasmine to notice how close.

They all sat on the edge of the fountain. Jasmine sat in the middle and
noticed Aladdin was acting strange, like he was worried or upset about
something.

"So, Sistine, what's it like in your Kingdom?"  Jasmine asked

"Boring. I have suitors come, suitors go, and that's pretty much all my day
consists of. They all bug me so much!" Sistine mocked " 'I have this, and I
can do that' "

"Like I said, I know how you feel, it's like they think you'll be so
impressed by how much they own." Jasmine laughed

"Yeah...."Sistine giggled, then looked at Aladdin. "Where did you two meet?"

"In the market place, Aladdin saved me from a really mad vendor. From then
on, I knew he was worth it." Jasmine and Aladdin laughed as they looked at
each other. Sistine watched them and felt a pain in her stomach. She like
Jasmine, but wanted her out of the picture.

"Jasmine! Could you come here for a moment" Jasmine looked away from Aladdin
and yelled back that she'd be right there.

"I'll be right back" Jasmine said as she left the garden

"Perfect" Sistine thought to herself

"So, Aladdin, you're from Agrabah right?" Sistine asked as she slid slowly
next to Aladdin with a smile on her face.

"um....ye......yeah. Yup, Agrabah." Aladdin pulled himself away from Sistine
and finally stood up.

"What do you think of it?" She said putting her hands on his shoulders,
Aladdin instinctively pulled away and turned around.

"It's..um..nice. Ahem. I'm going to go see what's keeping Jasmine."

"Oh, she'll be right back, chat with me." She said looking up at Aladdin with
her grin back.

She was going to move closer to Aladdin but Jasmine came back out.

"Figures." she thought

"Sistine, your father wants you." Jasmine said as she approached them

"Oh, ok." with that and a slick smile to Aladdin, she headed off into the
study.

Once she was gone, Aladdin sat back down on the edge of the fountain and let
out a sigh. He rested his head on his hands and looked up at Jasmine.

"I think she's nice.....what's wrong Aladdin?" Jasmine asked as she sat down
next to him.

"I think Sistine likes me. I mean *really* likes me. She was making all these
moves towards me while you were gone, and she kept staring at me."

"I kinda caught that too. Don't worry about it, she should be gone by
tomorrow, these matters don't take very long." Jasmine told him, not really
confident about her own words.

"I hope you're right. There was something else, I couldn't put my finger on
it though. Something just wasn't right about her to me. I don't know, maybe
I'm just over exaggerating."

"Why don't we go for a ride on carpet tonight? Just you and me and away from
Sistine. How's that sound?" Jasmine asked

"That sounds great! I'll pick you up right after sunset, okay?"

"Perfect!"

Aladdin kissed Jasmine and headed out the palace. Jasmine looked around and
found Sistine still in the study with The Sultan and her Father. She looked
so bored and didn't look like she was really paying any attention to them at
all, like she was daydreaming.

Finally, everybody took a break from work to have dinner. Whenever other
Royals were over they ate early. Jasmine and Sistine sat next to each other
and the Sultans were across the table discussing the trading post.  There was
still about an hour before sunset. Jasmine didn't eat much because she knew
Aladdin and her would get something to eat in the market place.

"Um, Jasmine....where's Aladdin?" asked Sistine

"Oh, he went home, we're going out in a little while together."

"Oh. Sounds like fun. What are you doing?"

"Just a date."  Jasmine told her hastily

Dinner ended as quickly as it started. The maids cleaned off the table and
Jasmine headed off to her room to change for her date with Aladdin. While she
was putting on the finishing touches to her makeup there was a knock at the
door.

"Come in!" Jasmine yelled

"Hi Jasmine, it's me......Sistine."

"Oh..Hi! What do you need?"

"Nothing, I.....you look beautiful. I love that outfit!"

"Oh, thank you Sistine. Um..now what did you want?"

"Oh, well, I just wanted to see what you were up to. This whole thing with
trading is so boring."  Sistine said with a certain tone in her voice.

"Yeah, sometimes it can be that way." Jasmine turned back around to finish
her makeup when she saw Sistine reach into her pocket and pull something out
in the reflection of her mirror.

"Oh, and you know what.....silly me, I forgot to mention when we met, that
I'm a sorceress. And I have something for you." With a chuckle she quickly
opened her hand up and blew the silvery contents in Jasmine's direction. She
tried to yell, but no avail. She then got up to run to her door but Sistine
blocked the way. She then drew out more silver dust and blew the rest at
Jasmine. She gasped and went limp crashing to the floor.

"Oh yeah....I also forgot, someone wants to see you." Sistine picked Jasmine
up and with a snap of her fingers, she and Jasmine were gone.

Aladdin arrived on Jasmine's balcony on carpet. He looked around but couldn't
find Jasmine, and then he began to worry. She was always ready for their
dates and she was never once late for any of them. He walked out of her room
and down the hall to where Rasoul was posted.

"Rasoul....do you know where Jasmine is?"

"No..street rat, I don't. I haven't seen her since dinner."

"Well, then, where is the sultan?"

"He and Sultan Rishad are out in Agrabah in the market place. Besides he
wouldn't know where she is either, he's been with Sultan Rishad since dinner.
You're the expert, you find them, I haven't the time, I'm looking out for the
Sultans."

"Yeah, thanks for your help Rasoul."

Aladdin looked all over the palace and even in the garden. She was nowhere to
be found. He caught up with Carpet who was also looking for Jasmine and
headed off back to his hovel. He was going to call Genie. Aladdin had his
lamp in case of an emergency. To Aladdin, this was one.

Sistine reappeared with Jasmine far away from Agrabah. The place was cold and
there was a draft in the room. Sistine gently placed Jasmine on the floor and
stood back up. The place was so dark, she could only make out shadows.
Suddenly the room was lit in an instant and there was someone else in the
room. Sistine turned and saw it sitting in it's chair looking at Jasmine.

"I see you have brought the Princess to me Sistine, I thank you. Your debt
has been paid off to me, you may leave."

"What is to become of her?"

"Oh, I know Aladdin will come for her and then he will get what he deserves.
I'll finish her off later."

"NO! Leave Aladdin alone!" Sistine yelled. He plea echoed throughout the
halls.

"What....don't tell me *you've* fallen for the street rat too!? Oh, this
always happens. I swear, the boy's a babe magnet"

"Leave him and Jasmine be, I only did this to be free of you." Sistine begged

"Oh lighten up. The street rat has it coming to him. Stick around, you wont
be sorry you did!"

"Oh, I know somehow I will, Mozenrath."

Genie, Iago and Abu all appeared after a few moments after Aladdin rubbed the
lamp. Iago especially looked mad.

"What's up Al, what's the trouble?"

"Genie, Jasmine's missing and no one knows where she is. We were supposed to
go on a date and she wasn't there when I went to pick her up. "

"I'll find her Al!" Genie said as he changed into a basset hound

They ended up in the palace and in Jasmine's room. Genie sniffed around and
found some leftovers of the silver dust. He picked it up and examined it. He
walked over to Aladdin to show it to him.

"What is it Genie?" Aladdin asked as Genie turned back into his normal self.

"It's like a knock out dust. But if you use only a little it closes up your
vocal tube and even more, puts you to sleep.  Funny, I only remember hearing
about this stuff in the Land of the Black Sand. But Mozenrath doesn't need to
use this stuff. It's for amateurs. Seems like a lot was used here Al."  Genie
explained

"But who would want to do that to Jasmi........Sistine!"

"Sis-who?" Iago asked

"I'll explain on the way, lets go." Aladdin whistled and Carpet zoomed in
front of them.

Aladdin, Iago, Abu and Genie all climbed aboard Carpet and flied off to the
Land of the Black Sand. On the way, Aladdin explained the whole day to them
and everything suspicious about Sistine. Finally, they reached it.

"Ok guys, be on the lookout for mamluks!" Aladdin whispered

"Ewww yuck. I can't believe my turn of luck, first I'm relaxing with Thundra,
and now I'm watching out for the un-dead. This is the price I pay for hanging
out with you people!" Iago whined

"Shhh!" Genie loudly whispered

They approached the entrance to Mozenrath's Citadel and Genie opened the door
as quietly as he could. They cautiously walked into the large Citadel and
looked around every corner. They came up to Mozenrath's study where Aladdin
was the first to see Jasmine. She was tied up to a chair and her mouth was
covered so she couldn't yell.

Aladdin ran over to Jasmine and started to untie her. Genie came up and
pulled over the mouth piece off and Jasmine immediately spoke.

"Aladdin, you have to leave now, go! It's a trap, I know it!"

Aladdin paused for a moment and then finished untying her. He helped her up
and they all turned around and saw Mozenrath standing in the doorway,
clapping his hands slowly, with his familiar, Xerxes right next to him.

"I applaud you Aladdin, you're getting very good at sneaking into my Citadel,
and you didn't even damage one mamluk." Mozenrath tightened his gauntlet.
"But....now lets just see how good you are!"

"Now what are you up to Mozenrath?" asked Aladdin stepping closer to the
wizard

"Oh nothing much, just insuring Agrabah's fate is now mine! Oh, and if you
look to your left, you will see the one that insured your fate, the lovely,
Sistine!"

Mozenrath pointed to the other side of the room where Sistine had just
appeared. She just stood there with no statement on her face.

"Sistine!? I knew you were behind all this! Why!?" Aladdin demanded

"Oh, don't be too hard on the girl Aladdin. She was just paying off her debt
to me by bringing Jasmine here. She actually likes you very much." Mozenrath
chuckled

"Aladdin.....Jasmine, I'm so sorry. Please forgive me." Sistine cried

Aladdin and Jasmine ignored Sistine and kept their attention on Mozenrath. He
walked over to his library and pulled out a book. He thumbed through the
pages and finally found the one he was looking for.

Mozenrath paused and looked up at the group. Genie was behind everybody and
Iago and Abu were on Aladdin's shoulders. Jasmine was behind Aladdin and next
to Carpet. Sistine stayed where she was and watched everybody carefully.

Mozenrath began to speak again, "Where is it....whats that word again?..oh
yes here is it...silly me, I must've forgotten........IXTALA!"

"YIII! Ahhh! The Crystal of Ix!" Genie yelled

In the center of the room a large crystal appeared and began to glow. Genie's
eyes went wide as he tried to run, but it caught him and Carpet and pulled
them into the crystal. Aladdin tried to help, but it was too late.

"Ha ha! Now with that infernal Genie and rug out of the way, I can get down
to business!" Mozenrath taunted

"Let Genie and Carpet go Mozenrath!"  Jasmine yelled

"Um, no..... they get in the way."

Mozenrath pulled up his gauntlet and struck Aladdin with such a strong force
it pushed him back up against the wall. Jasmine ran over to his side and
Mozenrath slowly approached the two. Iago hid underneath Mozenrath's desk and
Abu tackled Xerxes when he wasn't watching.

Sistine quickly and quietly went up to the Crystal of Ix where Genie and
Carpet we imprisoned. She walked up to it and whispered, "Ixtamor!"

With a big glaring glow Genie and Carpet were released. Sistine began to
concentrate and a pink glow began to appear around her hands. She pulled them
above her hands, and quickly she pointed at the Crystal of Ix. Her power
struck and shattered the crystal into tiny little pieces.

"No! You! Look what you have done! You are never going to be able to repay
your debt to me now!!!" Mozenrath glared at Sistine which gave Genie perfect
time to grab him. He took the gauntlet off and within a split second, it was
gone. He then zapped him and Xerxes into their own dungeon many floors down.

Aladdin was finally getting up. He shook his head and regained his balance
with the help of Jasmine. Without a word all of them climbed on Carpet and
were gone from the Citadel. On the way back, Aladdin had some questions for
Sistine.

"What was that all about Sistine? What did he mean 'debt'?" Aladdin asked

"A few weeks ago, I stumbled on this power that I have now. It was in this
book I found while I was out in the desert. I summoned it and I guess the
book belonged to Mozenrath. He was furious and told me I was taking a part of
his magic that I could never replace or give back. So, he said he'd think of
a way for me to repay him, and that led me to you Jasmine.

He found out I was going to Agrabah for a trade deal and told me that night
before we arrived to get you and bring you to him he was too lazy to do it
himself I guess. I was only thinking of myself and I'm really sorry, to both
of you, to all of you."

"We accept your apology, I mean if it wasn't for you, we'd probably be still
be back there and Genie and Carpet would still be trapped!" Jasmine giggled

"The only thing I ask is that you do not tell my father about this. He thinks
all magic is evil and if I were to have it, I don't know what he would do."

"We understand Sistine. Why don't we just put this behind us, besides, I bet
everybody is looking for us anyway." Aladdin told everybody

Back in the Citadel Mozenrath was trying to get out of his own sell. His
gauntlet was gone and all that was there was his bony hand. Xerxes squeezed
through the bars and set off in search of a key.

Mozenrath sat on one of the seats and thought o himself, "When I get out of
here they're all going to pay, The Genie, the Princess, the street rat and
*especially* Sistine!!!"
