Annah is Absolute Evil's Daughter's favorite cousin. She has come back not only to visit, but to inspire and, if things go well, annoy Shley to no end. Also, the Foo Estate has a fabulous view. She may be related through the father's side, but Annah is certainly her own person. She has a streak of good, which many foos will find offensive. She also has an impulsive nature, which is probably what brought her to her cousin in the first place. She knows no boundaries and has no lines to cross, because whatever she does will go unpunished. And she knows it. That may be why Kew likes her so much. Annah is not technically full-foo. She is Neutral, something frowned upon by both foos because they believe strongly in taking sides. As a result, the foos shun her and the chibis accept her, mostly because she irritates their arch-nemesis. And yet she remains with the foos because deep down, she truly cares for Shley and will not leave her for all the opportunities in the world.
