The Comic began 2 months after Sonic 2, the green hill folk believe Robotnik is finished stranded in the death egg high above the planet. But they were wrong. Note: as of issue 8 Robotnik rules Mobius The first few issues are mainly minor and irelivant story, inclding Tails getting turned into a super badnik and the death egg firing a laser on the emerald hill while Sonics half a planet away. The fist story worth mentioning is issue 8: The orign of Sonic. The gang (Johnny Lightfoot, Porker Lewis and Tails note: all of thses are offiical sega characters) go to the special zone to visit an old friend of sonics, The Omni-Viewer (made-up character see bio's) who shows the gang sonics story: Sonic began life as a brown hedgehog, speed was natural to him and he lied to explore one day he found a secret lab of kind Dr. Ovi Kintobor. He planned to use the Random omni Choas Compressor ROCC machine to put all of the evil on Mobius into the Choas Emeralds, 6 emeralds containing pure choas energy (note Knuckles has the grey emerald) Sonic became pals with kintobor, because of Sonics speed. Kintobor tested him all the time until he broke the sound arrier making him turn blue(?) One day he needed food but all there was, was a rotten egg the machine malfunctioned kintobor was merged with the egg and became robotnik (kintobor backwards) whereas Sonic became infused with choas energy which in times of pain nd fear changes him into the evil Super Sonic. Things went quiet for a while until Metallix came: Amy has forced her way into the group (Robotnik thinks shes his girlfriend) and becomes the perfect test target for project mettalix. In the secret base Sonics playing a quick session of the Super Marxio Bros (seriously he was) when Amy calls him via walkie-talkie telling him to come to the miracle planet. When Sonic arrives he is confronted by Metal Sonic (Metallix) who quite frankly beats the $h!+ out of him. When all seems doomed Sonic from 10 minutes from now attacks metallix from behind paralizing him, present Sonic is given the timestone and told to destroy the machine that caused this madness succeding the miracle planet returns to normal and metallix was never built just as the miracle planet dissaared for a month Sonic spots a flamming reck falling for Mobius...

The Story So Far...

The Mobius news: Robotniks dreaded Death Egg has plummetted down from space but it landed 100 thousand feet from ground level, are the legends true? Does the floating Island really exist? You bet it does. Sonic and Tails land on the island in search of the death egg only to be attacked by Knuckles protector of the island A simple fight rages where Sonic runs rings around the Echidna. Tails arrives in the Tornado to pick up Sonic and capture Robotnik. The following issues are mostly about Knuckles discovering  Robotniks true identity. Knuckles is off the island for a while (i dunno why exactly) but during this time the death egg is repaired and the duo have to stop it. The journey leds Sonic and Knuckles to the Sky Sanctuary where Metallix MkII (Mech-Sonic) is waiting with the master emerald. Battle commence Sonic is battered again but he transforms to Super Sonic and destroys the robot bt doesnt save the emerald... The death egg is launched Sonic jumps on and knuckles glides back the island. Onboard Sonic gets captured instantly and on the island knuckles is using the ancient technology to fire a giant chaos cannon at the death egg. During the confusion Sonic grabs the emerald and jumps out then rides a eggbot down to the island.

For about 10 issues Robotnik is getting back on his feet but when he does he releases a new general for his badnik army BRUTUS basically terror reigns and eventually Sonic defeats him not a very good climax. During this time Sonic changed into Super Sonic and the gang forced Super Sonic into the special zone but not Sonic meaning they are 2 seperate characters now. Sonic follows him to the special zone and after a brief run in with Chaotix  Sonic is arrested and bailed by someone caled Lord Sidewinder who has persuaded Super Sonic (cough Cough) to join his gang (choke choke) as you would guess Super Sonic destroys everything and another stupid battle breaks out where Sonic can't win so he shoves uper Sonic into Omni Viewer and makes him freeze time for him. About a year passes and because omni is out of action Sonic is stranded in the special zone and Omni has been taken to a thig called the Black Asteriod because he is moving very very slow and will eventually brake free. Issue 98 Omni is back and there are 2 SUNS Super Sonic is free and he is charging up to destroy the whole asteriod which will according to vector make an electro-magnetic pulse knocking out all electric systems in the whole special  zone so Sonic orders him to transport the asteriod to Mobius so it knocks out all of Robotniks weapons Super Sonic is easily defeated because he loses his power and his memory and Robotnik is banished from the Emerald hill. Victory

With Super Sonic and Robotnik defeated the Emerald hill folk have returned from their secret hiding place, the floating island, of course this leds to a few exo-skeloton political debates (please don't ask) but the story picks up again when Tails comes to Sonic saying that a little flickie told him that something is wrong on Flickies island. Despite being embarrased to death Sonic comes and finds Robotnik creating a new range of badniiks (he stoped using the original badniks back in issue 13 because he created the first batch of troopers) he explains that Flickies are from another universe that is through the giant ring (special zone portals are the star posts) and his plan is to use the new badniks to invade the new world. Sonic mops the floor with badnik parts a goes for Egg head when a green creature comes out of the ring and takes Robotnik with him. Later on Robotnik returns with a device that allows him to cross dimensions at any time and also a dark shadow behind him. Since Robotniks gone th gang have moved their base into the open and try to instal the kintobor program on their p.c. Just as they do Robotnik arrives telling Sonic to come with him or else, the or else was MKIII the knuckles mettalix. Sonic gets thrashed by the robot and is tken into the giant ring. Just as it closes Tails jumps in. Enter the Drakon empire Sonic is charged with being a murderer of one of their kind, technically true, and will have to figth for his freedom against the arena champion... MKIII. The best battle of STC begins ( I promise scans will be avaliable ASAP) it rages on for 3 issues and ends with Tails slamming a door on MKIII destroying it. Sonic earned his freedom and returns to Mobius. During the following months the Drakon empire tried attacking the emerald hill to find out where the emeralds are kept. Eventually Grimer tells them and they ambush the floating Island (while Knuckles is in the special zone) Sonic and Tails arrive t stop them but all 7 emeralds are retrieved but Sonic gets away with the Master emerald. Meanwhile Knuckles has returned and has gone back to the chamber to battle off the intruders as they do Grimer shouts "the master emerald is ungaurded" poor little Tails replies "I'm gaurding it" With the full set of Emeralds Grimer pushes a button and all but him and the gang remain then Robotnik returns and absorbs the power of the emeralds to become a GOD. As a God Robotnik teleports Sonic to a world where he didn't exist (Amy and Johnny are the only freedom fighters, Tails was killed and knuckles is still faithfull to Robotnik) Sonic is forced to fight some of his greatest enemies (note not all are in the bio's) Metallix MKI, Brutus, Plasma, Metamorphia and Megatox. Sonic defeats them by spining Brutus into Plasma. Robotnik is striken of his godly powers when Knuckles uses the grey (control) emerald on him to take all the emerald power from him which shrinks him down to the size of an atom.
