This page is in memory of my Brother-in-Law, Norman Elder. He was known as "The Castle keeper" on CHILLER THEATRE on WPXI Television (Channel 11), in Pittsburgh Pensylvania.
He was also an amateur potographer, and shot many nature scenes, and posted pictures on the local newspapers, and videos for Channel 11 News also.
Norman was involved in Television Commercials localy for the Steubenville-Weirton Area.
