Who am I ?
I am a student in the MIS
program at University of Missouri - St.

I am happily married to my wonderful wife, Debbie. We have three children:
Diane, Christopher and Alexis,

Internet/Web Resources
Informational/Search Links
Here are some websites that have been an invaluable help to me, as
a Student Consultant
Yahoo! Whenever a User asks me
"Where can I find..." 3 out of 4 times, we can find it with Yahoo. I take
the User to Yahoo, and help them navigate through the menus and submenus,
until they find either what they are looking for or something close to
it.
Another Consultant recommends Yahoo and excite
Netsearch.
Yahoo! Maps allows you
to enter a street address and it generates a street map of that location.
Yahoo! People Search
allows you to enter a person's name, city and state (both optional) and
returns with the person's phone# (if it is not unlisted). People
Search (US) is another good site andSwitchboard
also lets you search for business phone numbers too.
The Alta Vista search
engine, is one of the best for doing general searches on a topic. It not
only allows you to search the web, but you can search the usernet/newsgroups.
It also has some nice features, like the Live Talk option to narrow down
the search. You can even do a backward search, finding all sites that have
links to a specific website. The command is "link:http://www.whatever
",
WWWebster Dictionary a free
online dictionary, what more can I say?
Now, if I could only find a free online encylopedia.
Web Based Email, Usernet News Services and Personal Portals
My
Yahoo A Personal Portal that offers email, calender, finance and Message
Boards

JOB HOTLINE has a listing of computer related jobs in the St. Louis
Area
JobSource, JobDirect

Resume on the web for free.
Find Your Job at 4WORK(tm) allows
the jobs to find you, sort of. It works like this, you fill out a form
with your name and email address and enter the key words of the kind of
job you are looking for. Whenever there is a job posting that matches any
of the key words, they automatically send an email message of the job and
its URL.
