What is "The Wise Man Chronicles"?

    The Wise Man Chronicles, TWMC, is becoming a large collection of fanfics that once completed, will be one huge story furthering the adventures and lives of the heroes of Star Ocean 2 and also shedding light on all the questions that went unanswered. The project was initially inspired by an online RPG that myself along with two close friends moderated and maintained for nearly two years. It began merely as a fun little way of continuing the game we loved so much but soon became a huge undertaking with many memorable characters and a storyline with huge potential. The storyline of TWMC is not the storyline of the online RPG however. Had the RPG not ended though, it eventually would have paralleled the ending of TWMC. Writing TWMC is my own way continuing the story I was leading the other members through in the online RPG. I cannot, however, continue writing the story without extending my deepest thanks and appreciation to the members of the RPG who became such good friends. As much as I enjoyed role-playing in the Star Ocean 2 RPG and was saddened to finally see it end, I really love writing TWMC and only hope all of you out there enjoy reading it. Thanks!
