I have decided to create my own award for Sailor Moon web pages.  You may not believe me, but I am doing this genuinely to help others and make them feel good about themselves, not to get some cheaps hits to my page.
    The way my award works is you either nominate your own web page or another one.  There's a catch-- it has to be good.  There are thousands of other Sailor Moon sites out there, your has to really good and stand out againist the majority.  This is an award, remember?  I don't give this out to just any site.  The web page needs to impress me.
    Since I know this is difficult award to receive, there is another bit that will help you.  If I don't think that your site is 'worthy' of my award, I won't flat out reject you.  I said I wanted to help, remember?  I will email you with tips for your site... what's wrong, what will make it better... etc.  I will continue to until I feel it is award worthy or you tell me to leave you alone because I'm driving you insane =^_~=.
