Link turned the toy-like Boomerang into a weapon capable of striking down enemies from afar. It always returned to Link for the next throw. |

Deku Nut |
Link used these nuts to stun his enemies. Each time he threw one to the ground, a bright flash would temporarily blind his foe. |
As Link found these special poles, he tucked them away in his knapsack, knowing they would come in handy during his adventure. |
Fire wraps around Link's body protecting him from harm. This is very helpful when surrounded by a large number of enemies. |
Link was able to collect arrows from defeated enemies. And it wasn't just a weapon; the bow could also be used to to shoot and activate switches. |
Fairy Ocarina |
Saria's gift, the Fairy Ocarina, was blessed with perfect tune if played by someone of pure heart. Link could play special songs with effects on it. |
Farore's Wind surrounds Link's body with a green light, and the spot where you first use will create a warp point. You can also dispel it. |
Fire Arrow |
Blazing Fire Arrows were more powerful than those held in Link's normal quiver. |
The glittering Gold Scale granted Link the freedom to dive depths that were normally reachable by only the Zoras. |
Goron's Bracelet |
While wearing the Goron's Bracelet, Link was able to lift the heavy Bomb Flower bombs and even thorw them at enemies. |
Heart Container |
Link collects Heart Containers by defeating dungeon bosses. His life energy will gradually increase as he collects more heart containers. |
Heart Piece |
There are 36 Heart Pieces scattered all across Hyrule. Every 4 pieces Link finds, his life energy will increase by 1. He can't exceed 20 hearts. |
The Hookshot incorporated a magical rupy sight for targeting and a spring-loaded launching system for hooking a chain for long distances. |
Ice Arrow |
This wintry weapon was the reward for reaching the center of the Gerudo's Training Ground. It would freeze whatever got in its path. |
Golden Gauntlets |
After Link found the Golden Gauntlets in Ganon's Castle, he was able to move the huge pillar blocking the Great Fairy's Fountain nearby. |
Lens of Truth |
Using the Lens of Truth, Link could see through walls and find secret passages and chests. Using this, however, consumes up magic. |
When Link buried the Magic Beans in a hallowed ground, the seeds sprouted into floating plants that would fly him to his destination. |
Deku Seed Bag |
Links deku seeds that he gets are kept in his Deku Seed Bag. The biggest bag Link gets can hold up to 50 deku seeds. |
Whenever Link would get low on magic, he would kill enemies or cut down some bushes to find a Magic Jar. Magic Jars refill Link's meter. |
Megaton Hammer |
Link could use the Megaton Hammer to move big blocks or activate rusted switches. Link could also use it as a weapon. |
A blue light surrounds Link, protecting him from enemy harm. It wears off after a short time. |
Ocarina of Time |
A treasure of the royal family, the Ocarina of Time was a powerful instrument when played by the Hero of Time. |
Quiver |
The Silver Gauntlets were said to contain the power of an army, and any person who wore them would be able to lift impossible weights. |
Light Arrow |
The Light Arrows were the most powerful of all of the magic arrows, and Link needed them to beat Ganondorf. |

To help their landlubber friends swim deeper, the Zoras gave gifts of scales plucked from their best divers such as Link. |
Deku Seed |
Link used his Deku Seeds with his fariry slingshot to kill enemies and activate switches. However, he couldn't use it after he grew up. |

Swords |
Biggoron's Sword |
The Biggoron's Sword is the biggest and best sword in the game. Link had to accomplish a side quest in order to obtain it. |
One of the strongest swords in the game is the Giant's Knife. However, when Link would use it too much it would brake on him. |
Silver Scale |
Kokiri Sword |
The mystical Kokiri Sword was a treasure of the forest that Link stumbled upon to. Even though it's made out of wood, it's fairly strong. |
Master Sword |
The legendary Master Sword can be found in The Temple of Time. It's very strong and has the ability to travel Link back and forth through time. |
Shields |
Deku Shield |
Crafted from the wood of the mighty Deku Tree, the Deku Shield would protect Link from the fury of many foes. |
Hylian Shield |
Forged from the fires of Hyrule's finest blacksmith, the Hylian Shield protected Link from harsher elements in the far-flung corners of Hyrule. |
Mirror Shield |
The wonderous Mirror Shield reflected sunlight and energy with its polished surface, and it could illuminate evil, as well. |
Boots |
Hover Boots |
Link was already light on his feet, but once he donned the Hover Boots he was granted a few grace steps beyond the edge. |
Iron Boots |
Whenever Link would put on the Iron Boots he would sink like a rock to the sea floor, but when he took them off he would float up like a balloon. |
Kokiri Boots |
This is Link's standard choice of boots, which he first starts off with. The Kokiri Boots are very basic, and are made of only leather. |
Tunics |
Goron Tunic |
Link would be able to withstand the heat if he would put on the Goron Tunic. Once he takes it off though, he will start losing health. |

Link begins the game wearing the Kokiri Tunic. It's just a simple tuinc with no special powers, except to keep something over Link's chest. |
Zora Tunic |
Link would be able to breathe underneath the cold water if he would put on the Zora Tunic. You can either buy one or get one from King Zora. |
