A year after his adventure in Termina, Link arrives at the Shrine of the Triforce in Hyrule Castle upon Epona. As he touches the Triforce, he is engulfed into a bright and hears a soft voice. "The of the Triforce have begun Link..." He is then transported into a new land known as Holodrum.
When Link awoke, he heard sounds of music and singing coming from the woods. Following the voices, Link came upon a traveling troupe of actors. As he walked in, he was immediately enchanted by a beautiful girl dancing in circles to the troupe's music. When she noticed Link, she smiled brightly and called.
"Welcome to Holodrum. I am Din, the dancer." She said with a glee, " Would you like to dance with me? Come on, don't be shy" Taking his hand, they began to dance.
Sadly, this joyful moment could not last long. Suddenly, the sky turned black and there was a loud crash of thunder followed by a thunderous voice. " HA HA HA!!! DIN, I HAVE FINALLY FOUND YOU", cried the Dark General Onix. "You can't deceive me disguising yourself as a dancer." Suddenly, a black tornado dropped from the sky and drew close to Din as if to engulf her.
Link ran inbetween the tornado and Din. Tried as he might, Link got knocked away by its force and Din was swept away from the camp.
Soon, strange things began to happen across Holodrum. The Temple of Seasons began to sink into the ground and the seasons went into chaos. Soon, the land began to wither and all the fruits of its bounty began to disappear. Setting into his plan, Onix turns into a barren wasteland. Will Link be able to defeat Onix and save the land? Only time will tell! |
