- Chuck Norris subsequently starred in "Walker, Texas Ranger" and the producers of this movie sued CBS for copyright infringement. CBS later on issued a retro-arctive licence by Orion.
- During filming in El Paso, Texas, the entire explosive supply was blown to bits during July 4th Celebrations.
