This package consists of three files:

1. TransIconA.exe: Sets desktop icon background text to clear and sets forground text to black. Has no UI.
   
   
2. TransIcon.exe: Sets desktop icon colors to those specified. Remembers settings. Has a timer to fix the colors if they revert to the windows settings. If set to "Redraw every time" you will see flickering on every timer interval; otherwise, timer results will not be noticable immediately (they will show up the next time the desktop draws itself). If ran with "/auto" on the command line, the UI will run hidded.
   
   
3. WPaper.exe: Rotates desktop wallpaper through a set of bitmap files. If TransIcon.exe is in the current directory, this program will run "TransIcon.exe /auto" on every rotation. If ran with "/auto" on the command line, the UI will run hidden. This is the setting used when "Run at startup" is enabled.
