Well, this isn't really music, it's spoken word, by Slim Moon, who started kill rock stars, and let me borrow his cell phone, to make a long distance call, to alaska, from new york. We have the best parties. |
This song is by a Finnish surf rock band called Laika & the Cosmonauts. It's incredible, it's got some sort of new years theme, which is a good theme. the production is very Finnish, very clean tracks, they must practice more than any other surf band, probably because the surfing isn't very good in the Baltic sea. for some reason this song reminds me of the movie repo man. I'm gonna listen to this one the next time I'm out stealling cars at four am. |
This song is by Secret Santa, the band formed when Lester Smiley and Dan Chanar of the Moon Knights switch places on drums and guitar and continue to rock out in much the same fashion. There's something about the guitar part in this song, it seems like it's right out of some classic rock greatest hits anthology thing, it's so perfect. Its a classic that nobody has ever heard. so hear it now! I can't describe this enough. I introduced myself to Dan in the alley behind bitoz, and he drew a unicorn horn on the horse on my shirt. |
Michael Gum plays an incredible acoustic guitar cover of Cutting Crew's now-classic ballad. it's funny because I was jokingly trying to play this song at a bonfire not to long ago, and realized it would be a sweet song to cover. Gum has produced a much better interpretation than I ever could have hoped to create. I actually like this song now, it's not just a novelty cover. Damn, just listen to it. |
This song is by "Casiotone for the Painfully Alone" it is good probably. this guy uses a concertmate 300, and some sweet organs, which is what I do too, infact yes. The song itself is incredible. it's about a guy trying to get laid in a grocery store. which is believable because girls that drink ricedream are irresistable. trust me. on a side note: Carp: we can do better than this guy, basically the worst part of this music is the voices, (they drown of the concert mate (300)). but if people wanted voices, we have two, he has only one, that's less. |
