Cell Absorb: For Cell to absorb people to get 1/2 (after he becomes perfect cell) of their HP and stats adds nothing any level
Lazer Eyes: Two Beams fired out of your eyes lvl 3 adds 1,000
Mind Sprain: an Attack that causes the opponent to freak out and lose 2 turns lvl 4 adds nothing
Healing: The ability to heal yourself and others 1/4 lvl. 1 adds nothing
