About Ida
I am an Indonesian, with Chinese heritage. I was born on 1974 in Bandung, a beautiful city in mountain high in Indonesia. Some of you might be wondering: 'Where the heck is this place ?' ... LOL ! Well, just click here for now. I plan to make special site about my country but I haven't had time to do so. Just come back often and check if it's there !
My parents and most of my families live in Bandung. I have one little brother who works in Jakarta like I do now. I have some cousins, all of them are from my dad's side, while my mom is the only child.
My birthday is February 17, so I am an Aquarian. I was born in the year of tiger according to Chinese lunar year.
My favorite subject at school was chemistry, that's why I took pharmacy as my major in university. I studied at Bandung Institute of Technology and got my Pharmacist degree in 5 years. I used to work as a Registered Pharmacist in Jakarta for 3 years as my internship.
I worked in a multinational company in Jakarta as marketing staff, and now since I joined my husband, Dennis, in US I am "just" a housewife. It's 24 hours job, unpaid, but it's fun !! I plan to find some work as soon as I get my work authorization card, but until then I will just enjoy my "homy"-life .. :o)
I like travelling and have been to many places in Asia. The only time I have been outside Asia was when I met the love of my life in Canada and of course in US now. It has become my favorite place and we even got married there !
I love pets and want to have a dog or two. I also like cats and teddy bears, and anything with furs :o)
I am crazy for chocolate :o) I also like cookies. I don't like to eat much but I love snacks.
I am a bad cook. As working woman, I rarely cooked in Indonesia. I just bought ready-to-eat foods almost everyday because they are cheap. Now here in US Dennis does almost all the cooking ... hehe...

I
love music and reading. I used to play organ a lot during my high school
time, but now I don't do it no more because our apartment is too small for an organ,
not to mention that it's very expensive ! I love to read any kind of
books, but novels and comics are my favorites. My favorite writers are
Sidney Sheldon, Danielle Steel and J.K. Rowlings :o)... yes, I am a big
fan of Harry Potter !
