I started collecting and scanning these images shortly after my father died, when we were sorting through his things. I wanted to duplicate the family pictures so each could have their own copies, rather than just divide them up. Doing a web page was a natural expansion of this idea. I have identified people as well as I can(with Mom's help), so if you know something I don't, please let me know. I am dividing the pictures between the Schmidt's and the Shudy's(Schudie's or Szudy's)so you can look at the area that interests you. There will be some overlap, anyway. I hope these will resurrect some fond memories for you and fill in some of the gaps, as well. The albums will be changed from time to time.
