Your order was shipped via International Registered Air Mail/Parcel directly from our production facility in New Territories, Hongkong. Packages sent to addresses in the Philippines generally take about 10 to 15 working days before the addressee is notified by their Local Post Office.
Your Local Post Office will get in touch with you 10 to 15 working days after our advised posting date. A Registry Notice similar to the one below will be forwarded to your address.

Once you have your Registry Notice on hand, you may head over to the Registered Mail/Parcel Section of your Local Post Office and present the notice together with at least one valid ID to claim your package. Please expect minimal duties of around PHP40.00 per item.
If after the advised period you do not receive a notice from your Local Post Office, please contact us immediately so we can help you track your package.
