Meditation
101
When
meditating, what feels right for an individual usually is right. Meditation can
be done with a leader or master. The beauty in my opinion is that anyone can begin
meditating gaining results with a few simple instructions.
Sit comfortably or lay down. (This is totally
up to you)
Begin to breathe deeply but not to the point
of discomfort.
Focus your eyes on a point that is a clear
line of sight.
Notice how each breath is different from the
one before. Breathe in the nose and out of the mouth, not forcing but allowing
to flow.
Begin to
relax every muscle in your body, starting with the toes all the way to the
head. With each breath feel your self fall deeper into relaxation.
You may
find you eyes begin to close and this is natural. Still, keep them from
wandering behind the lids by focusing on the visualization of violet light
entering you chest with each inhalation.
Begin to
envision the violet light overflowing your chest and blossoming into a flower.
Notice with each breath how the flower grows radiating energy to your heart
chakra.
Now
envision a white ball of light directly above your head. Watch is glow as it
spins like the Earth. Visualize the light from this ball entering your mind at
your third eye. (Between your 2 eyes) Accept this loving energy from the
universe. Continue to breath as you watch the white light travel through your
body to the flower in your heart. You will be over-flowing. Now imagine
allowing the violet light from the flower in your heart branching out into rays
of perfect light. Allow this energy to travel to those you love and those in
need. There is no time limit here.
When you
feel it is time to return to your normal waking state, say to your self after
the 5th breath I will awaken and carry all energy with me. On the 5th breath
open your eyes. Allow your breathing to return to normal. When you feel the
calm and are ready to wake up, clap your hands together once and rub them together
lightly. Clasp your hands over your face just touching each area for a second,
to cool off. Your meditation is now finished.

This is my own form of meditation I have established from Qi
Gong, Maui Huna, Tantra, and other forms I have attended. I call this Dome
Mediation, (Doe May) which loosely means "temple of the body". I hope
you enjoy my sharing this.

++This is Level1 of Dome’ Mediation. This
article has been edited as was requested to be easier to read. Level 1 is
simply becoming aware of our breathing while relaxing every muscle and limb of
the body. This level is immediately effective to help with sleep and reduce
stress. I will publish Level 2 next month, which includes a focus point, but is
still concentrated on the physical self. We will eventually get into healing
meditations and vibratory exercises with light working.
